Connect.

Collaborate.

The others are listening, some with notebooks or drinks, in a room with colorful abstract art on the wall.

Who We Are

The first networking and peer-to-peer learning collective for leaders of non-profits committed to ending gun violence.

A man standing on a wooden stage addressing an audience inside a community hall or gymnasium. The audience is seated at tables, listening attentively. The room features windows, ceiling fans, and hanging banners.

Gun violence is a complex problem.

One org can’t tackle it alone.

(But a group of orgs can.)

What We Do

Connecting hyperlocal non-profit leaders committed to ending gun violence through a new model of collaboration

To understand is one thing.

To believe is something else.

What We Believe

Competition has no place in work that saves lives.

We believe trust between organizational leaders is not optional—it’s an essential condition for change.

We believe trust is built through action, not intention.

We believe collaboration among leaders is not a compromise—it’s a multiplier.

We believe data should be shared and inform coordinated action, not sit in reports.

We believe speed matters—delayed coordination costs lives.

We believe consistency builds credibility—in the community and across organizations.

We believe no one leader owns the outcome—but all of us are responsible for it.

We believe prevention is possible when engagement is aligned.

We believe safer communities are not aspirational—they’re achievable when we move together.

And we believe that when organizational leaders align, share, and act together, violence can be reduced—and communities can heal and thrive.
