What We Do

We connect leaders of nonprofits working with the same high-risk individuals—across violence interruption, health, housing, workforce development—and foster healthier, trust-based relationships:: the first step to working with one another, across corridors, in more intentional, collaborative ways.

When leaders align their respective organizations around shared outcomes, not individual wins, orgs have a better chance of moving toward and achieving the same goal:: fewer shootings, fewer retaliations, and longer, healthier life expectancies in every Chicago zip code.

And more opportunities for those who are committed to designing their own path out of the “street to prison” pipeline.

Further, we offer leaders an opportunity to surface and share what’s working—so proven strategies don’t stay siloed, they scale.

Because when leaders of organizations move and think and learn—together—real change can begin.

The man on the right is wearing a gray hoodie and a vest, while the man on the left is in a black jacket and glasses. The background shows a brick church building with a sign that reads 'KINGDOM BAPTIST CHURCH' and a tall pine tree.
