Founded by Lamont Auston, AHH’s goal is to create a safer community by providing an effective pathway that leads to sustainable employment in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical engineering.

Offering comprehensive services, including career placement, mentoring, counseling, and support for at-risk populations, Inciple is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where integrity, nonviolence, and mutual respect flourish.
JEHOVAH JIREH
Having lost "three generations of young black men" in his family, Jody Bady founded Jehovah Jireh and dedicated himself to doing everything in his power to stop the cycle of violence in his community.
NEIGHBORHOOD WORKING FOR PEACE
Founded by Michael Brooks, NWFP provides essential mental health resources and conflict resolution programs to high-risk individuals. It focuses on awareness, access, cross-corridor engagement, and support for community members suffering mental illness and generational trauma in pursuit of its mission:: reducing urban violence and retaliation, and empowering young men and women to step into better, healthier, more prosperous lives.
PRIDE ROC
Pride ROC, founded by Instructor Ra Frye, has a mission of rescue and refinement—a radical process of treating the complex trauma of our most endangered young men. The practices gained in rural Passage extractions in nature are integrated in the city, with consistent healing and discipline training. Passengers are prepared for hyper local work experiences as “Servicemen,” maintaining, securing, and literally rebuilding community.
